· A summary of tactics that have been effective in alleviating some of the inner conflicts between the generations
· A facilitated brainstorming session to identify the key generational challenges working against the organization
· A facilitated brainstorming session around possible solutions to address the key challenges identified
· A forum to create a 30-60-90 plan of action for organizational change
· A method of follow up evaluation for each stage
